Steps to Become a Substitute Teacher
Step 1: Complete the online application.

Step 2: IN PERSON INTERVIEW. INVITATION WILL BE EMAILED.
STEP 3: IF SELECTED, ATTEND an IN-PERSON ORIENTATION.
***IF SELECTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVITE BY EMAIL.
ORIENTATION IS ONLY HELD ONCE PER MONTH. PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVITATION.
STEP 4: REFERENCE CHECKS COMPLETED & NAME-BASED background check done
Step 5: complete steps for onboarding.

*** Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check BEFORE starting employment; (approximately $50.00) paid by applicant. - This will be sent to you after attending orientation
