2025-2026 Open Enrollment
The MVISD Insurance Open Enrollment for the 2025-2026 Benefits Plan year is open July 21st through August 8th, 2025. During this time period you are allowed to make changes to your current insurance plans or sign up for new benefits. This includes medical, dental, vision and all other supplemental insurance plans (short term disability, life insurance, accident...etc.) The MVISD insurance plan is effective from September 1st, 2025 through August 31st, 2026.
All employees choosing to elect benefits for the 2025-2026 new plan year must complete enrollment beginning on July 21st through August 8th, 2025. If you do not complete your enrollment before the deadline, you will have to wait until next year to enroll or make changes.

How to Complete Open Enrollment
- Option 1: Online
Online enrollment can be completed at: https://ffga.benselect.com/enroll/login
Your username is your full social security number: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
Your pin is the last four digits of your social security number followed by the 8 digits of your birthdate: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ (12 digits)
