Goodwill San Antonio
Goodwill San Antonio offers two different pathways for education and training. The Good Careers Academy for individuals with a high school diploma or a GED or the NXT Level program for those age 16 -24.
Good Careers Academy
Goodwill San Antonio offers comprehensive and accredited vocational training in high demand field for individuals looking to improve their economic stability, including all those impacted by COVID-19. Full financial sponsorships available to all students and many can qualify for stipends while attending training. Upon graduation, students will be on a career path to success.

NXT Level
Goodwill San Antonio in partnership with the City of San Antonio and Communities In Schools are assisting young adults, ages 16 – 24, achieve their personal, educational, and career goals in an encouraging and supportive environment. The staff provides one–on–one coaching, assisting participants in developing an education or career plan and identifying ways to overcome barriers to employment.
