FAST GROWTH

Our school district continues to be one of the fastest growing districts in the state of Texas.

Over the past few years, we have been growing 10-15% each school year.

MVISD serves approximately 10,500 students with 10 campuses. We

currently have two high schools, two middle schools and six elementary schools.

To help keep up with the growth, the MVISD community passed two bond elections:

May 2023 Bond for $376 million included the following projects:

- - - - High School #2 (Creekview HS opened August 2026)
      - Safety & Security Updates
      - Traffic Improvements
      - Medina Valley HS Agricultural & JROTC Facility (scheduled opening August 2026)
      - Land Purchases

May 2024 Bond for $290 million included the following projects:

- - - - Middle School #3 (construction phase in progress)
      - Elementary #7 (Design phase to General Contractor bidding process Fall 2026)
      - Elementary #8
      - Medina Valley HS Physical Education Facility Improvements (in progress)
      - Safety & Security Updates
      - Land Purchases
