thanks to the support of our community Through Bond approvals in May 2023 and may 2024 we're excited to share the latest updates on new campuses and facility improvements underway this video is part of an ongoing series designed to keep you informed on your bond dollars at work 1 of the most exciting milestones in Medina Valley ISD history is the opening of Creek View high school this August this beautiful new campus will welcome students for the start of the school year and help alleviate overcrowding at Medina Valley High School while creating new opportunities for Student Success from academics and Fine Arts to Athletics and student organizations the inaugural students and staff will have the unique opportunity to build something special from the ground up and leave a lasting Legacy for future cougars we invite our entire Community to join us for the Creek View High School ribbon cutting ceremony on July 29th at 6:00 p.m. this special event will provide an opportunity to get a sneak peek of the school meet campus leaders and celebrate the historic addition to Medina in the valley ISD also opening this school year is the new a and gerot TC facility at Medina Valley High School a project made possible through Bond 2023 this dedicated space will support 2 of our fastest growing programs and provide students with modern learning environments designed to enhance Hands-On experiences and career Readiness opportunities the community is invited to attend the mvhs A and gerro TC ribbon cutting ceremony on August 24th at 5:30 p.m. also taking shape at Medina Valley High School is the installation of a new digital scoreboard at Panther Stadium this project is part of bond 2024 proposition B which provides funding for renovations to Panther Stadium the scoreboard represents just 1 component of the broader Stadium Improvement project and is an example of how bond funds are being invested to enhance existing facilities for student staff and the community construction continues to move forward on Middle School Number 3 1 of the top priority projects from Bond 20 2024 located south of Luckey Ranch off Montgomery Road the campus is now about 44% complete exterior stud framing is underway masonry work has begun and the project continues to move along nicely as we work towards opening the campus in fall 2027 the design process for elementary school number 7 is being finalized and we anticipate breaking ground on that project this fall this campus represents another important step in ensuring Medina Valley ISD remains prepared for need growth while providing high quality learning environments for students we hope this video series helps keep you informed about the many exciting projects happening throughout Medina Valley ISD for more detailed updates on bond projects and District initiatives we encourage you to watch our monthly board meetings which are live streamed on YouTube thank you to our community for your continued support and investment in the future of Medina Valley ISD
