The beautiful Landmark Inn State Historic Site is located in Castroville, Texas, sits on five acres of land along the Medina River and is currently managed by Kristin Rodriguez, Medina Valley High School Alumni.
Kristin is from the Class of 2007 and after high school she continued her education at UTSA where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History then graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master’s Degree in Museum Science. Kristin says she loves coming to work at the Landmark Inn as she oversees the daily operations and preservation of the site.
“I enjoy bringing history to life through public programs and historical preservation. I am continuously learning.”
Kristin says she’s honored to work at the Landmark Inn as a Castroville local and growing up in the Media Valley Community.
