Tiffany Eckenrod is the new director of child nutrition at Medina Valley ISD.
Eckenrod, a registered dietitian, comes to the district with six years of experience in child nutrition in school districts. She also has food service and management experience outside of the school setting.
"I look forward to serving our students," said Eckenrod. "My goal is that every student who comes through the lunch line will be served a healthy meal by a staff of smiling faces."
