On Friday, KENS5 highlighted students at Medina Valley High School for their participation in the "Start with Hello" program, which aims at teaching empathy and empowering students to end social isolation. Students directed sessions throughout the week that reached the entire student body of 2,100+ students, teaching their peers about ways to identify loneliness and social isolation and ways to help. The week was also filled with spirit activities to help promote this message.
