MVHS Girls Track Meet @ Floresville

Thursday March 4, 2021 

The junior varsity girls track team traveled to Floresville to compete at the Jack Randall Relays. Lady Panthers placed 4th overall. Paetyn Ellis placed 3rd in the 200. Jahnae McCain placed 4th in the 100 &  5th in the 200. Tanasia Gulatt placed 6th in the 200. Abigail Vierling placed 3rd in the 800. Hali Balson placed 6th in the 800. Amaris Madlonado placed 2nd in the 1600. Molly Clamon placed 3rd in the  3200 meter run. Bethany Watson placed 6th in the 100 meter hurdles & 4th in the 300 hurdles. The 4x100 relay placed 4th Markia Little, Angelie Ruiz, Tanasia, Gulatt, Jahnae McCain. Our 4x200 relay placed 4th with Angelie Ruiz, Kaelyn Howard, Abigail Vierling, and Paetyn Ellis. Melida Medina placed 2nd in shot put. The 4x400 relay placed 3rd Kaelyn Howard, Abigail Vierling, Rachel Rath, & Paetyn Ellis. Fantastic job ladies! Your coaches are proud. 


Saturday March 6, 2021

The Track team sprinted into spring break, on Saturday March 6, 2021 they traveled to Floresville to compete at the Jack Randall Relays. It was a great day for the Lady Panthers. The girls team placed 2nd overall behind 6A standout Reagan & spanked Harlan (which is always fun!) The girls team dominated several events.

Essence Cummings won the shot put division and placed 5th in the 300 meter hurdles. Julia Guzman placed 6th in the 300 hurdles. Madalyn Aldridge placed 3rd in pole vault & 1st in the 400 meter dash. Macy Livingston placed first 1600 & 3200 meter runs respectively & keeps getting closer & closer to breaking the school record in the mile. Paiten Trowbridge won the 800. Kaylyn Persyn placed 4th in the 100 meter hurdles & 3rd in Long Jump. Madison Sotello placed 1st in discus, and 4th place in shot put. Emma Bauml placed 4th in pole vault. Shelby Center placed 6th in triple jump. Alianna Salazar placed 6th in the mile run. Kayleigh Corliss placed 4th in the 3200 meter run and Tannith Chappie placed 6th. Excellent job ladies as always your coaches are proud!
