Welcome parents and 5th grade students! My name is Ms. Welch and I will be your 5th grade math teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. I'm so excited to have you all in my class this year and hope to help you fall in love with math. 

A little about me, I have been teaching for 6 years and really enjoy working and helping your kiddos understand and enjoy math. Before I taught, I began as a substitute teacher working for NEISD for a little over a year. Before that I attended UTSA where I obtained my Bachelors Degree for teaching Early Childhood to 6th grade. I am originally from Hemet, California which is where I grew up my entire childhood.
