Returning Student Registration

If you have a student who has previously been enrolled with MVISD, but your family left for another district or homeschool and you are now returning, we welcome you back!
 
If you have previously withdrawn your student, it is necessary for you to call us at 830-931-2243 x3500 to determine your next steps for re-enrollment. It may be necessary for you to complete the online application prior to your registration appointment. **Please note, if the online application is required and is not complete at the time of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled.**
 
You will be required to bring the following to your registration appointment to re-enroll your student:
  • Child's birth certificate
  • Child's social security card
  • Child's shot record
  • Withdrawal documents from previous school.
  • ID of parent / guardian (parent must be listed on child's birth certificate)
  • Proof of residence (Light bill, water bill, property tax statement, new buyer's contract or new lease - must be in parent's name, current and signed within the past two months). Bill must be in parent's name, current, show usage and state service address matching student enrollment application. Expired, past due or disconnection notices will not be accepted.

Please note: during the school year, upon re-enrollment with the district,
your child will begin school the next school day.

7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, closed 12:00 - 1:00 pm for lunch
 
**Medina Valley ISD is NOT an open district.**
