Terry Groff

Mr. Groff was elected to the Medina Valley ISD Board in 2015 to represent District 3.  He was born and raised in Castroville, and graduated from Medina Valley High School in 1983.  He received a Business Degree in Marketing and Management from St. Mary’s University and has worked in his family’s local business for over 30 years.  Mr. Groff and his wife of 29 years, Dawn Rae (MV graduate and longtime MV elementary teacher) raised their two sons Riley (MV graduate & college graduate) and Samuel (MV graduate and college student), in the Medina Valley community. Terry Groff has previously served as the Director of the Castroville Area Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the Medina Valley Youth Baseball Board for 12 years.  He is currently a member of the St Louis Men’s Society, and a lifelong member of the St Louis Catholic Church.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, sports, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. As his father and father in law before him, he is board member committed to providing a high quality, well rounded education to the children of Medina Valley ISD.
