Would you like to improve your health, flexibility, muscular strength, balance and ability to relax and manage stress? Then this is the class for you! Designed with the senior (55+) in mind, all exercises are performed while sitting in a chair or from a standing position. This class is open to all levels from beginner to experienced. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Traditionally practiced barefoot, athletic shoes may be worn if desired. Classes are taught without religious references.
