FA05-HE-1101 Ready for a fitness class with a change of pace? The pace is always changing in this class, provided in a safe, supportive and friendly atmosphere. Each class will feature a different format including walking workouts, toning, aerobics, kickboxing and more. Simple choreography and basic fitness knowledge makes this the perfect class for beginners, while progressions allow challenges for the more fit. Topics related to healthy living and wellness will also be discussed. Please bring an exercise mat, small set of hand weights, water bottle, and towel.
