When Can I Sign Up?

People wanting to enroll in Community Education classes can come by the Community Education office anytime, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. You can register in person, by phone (830) 931-2770, Extension 191 or by fax (830) 931-6403. Cash and checks are accepted.

Can I Sign Up Late?

Pay all fees associated with the class up to the first day of class and you're in! Don't worry, if your plans change, you can cancel and get a refund up to the first day of class.

How Do I Know I Am Registered?

We will send you a confirmation if you request one, or you can contact our office to confirm. If enrollment does not meet the minimum amount and the class will not be offered, the Community Education office will notify you of the cancellation.

What If the Class I Sign Up For Is Already Filled?

We will notify you so you can decide whether to hold your registration for another class or request a refund.

Do Classes Meet During the Holidays?

We observe the regular school canendar; there are usually no classes during school holidays.

Can I Get a Refund?

Yes - you can get a credit or refund if a class is cancelled, if you withdraw (cancel) from a class before the first day. We will do whatever it takes to keep you satisfied.

What Else?

Use of tobacco or alcoholic products is prohibited on all school property (buildings and grounds).
