Open Enrollment Notice

The TRS-ActiveCare (medical) annual enrollment period for the 2017-2018 plan year is open now through August 18, 2017.  Enrollment this year will be passive. This means if you are an existing member you will only take action if you want to change your coverage. If you take no action, you will remain on your current election. New employees WILL need to register and enroll or decline coverage.  The effective date for coverage will be September 1, 2016.

Cafeteria plans such as dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending, etc. enrollment will take place as normal during the month of September with an effective date of October 1st2017 for new and existing employees.  

Attachments for the new medical premium rates and the plan comparison sheets are below.  No changes for dental and vision premiums.  More details on how to enroll/make changes are available on the website at Aetna Enrollment/Changes.  The instructional videos at the bottom are very helpful.
